The main objective of the present article is to obtain optimum technological parameters automobile plastic front-end frame. Moldflow software was used simulate injection molding frame bracket in this study. uniformity experiment designed and completed. Five process parameters, including mold temperature, melt packing pressure, time, were selected as experimental factors. Volume shrinkage warpage amount quality evaluation indexes. Statistical Product Service Solutions (SPSS) perform linear regression analysis on test results, respectively, equation corresponding two indexes obtained. Then, carried out optimal parameter combination volume amount. A back propagation (BP) neural network model with input a output an index established by MATLAB optimized genetic algorithm (GA). According have reached state at same which improves reduces production processing costs. It has certain guiding significance.
